The home is also close to AZ Hwy 89A, where you will enjoy discovering a multitude of restaurants and shopping options. You'll also find yourself close to hiking and biking trails.

The property features single-level living, with 2,180 square feet and three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

Entering the home through the front door puts you right into the open and airy main living area holding the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

Living Room: The living room holds welcoming furnishings, including a large sectional with a full-size sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. The many surrounding windows bring in lots of natural light.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and a kitchen island with seating for four.

Dining Area: This dining area offers a table with seating for up to six.

Beautiful, spacious home in very good location. Lovely finishes and well set up for a week's stay, during which we cooked regularly. Lots of light and great views out of the windows. We had one minor issue that was resolved promptly. Would stay there again if we are back in Sedona.

Could not have asked for better!! The place was beautiful with amazing views!! We filled the hummingbird feeders and watched them all week long. Enjoyed the sunset from the rooftop. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with spices, which was lovely because we like to cook dinner. We hiked every day so the parking pass was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful house with great views

We loved our stay at the Coffee Pot Rock House! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also immaculately clean. There were amazing views of the red rocks out of every window-- the huge picture windows were such a treat. We also loved going up to the rooftop at night to see the stars. The location was perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants and short drives to awesome hikes. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again some day. Thank you!
