Didn't stay- double booked

Didn't stay here. Me and my fiance booked this place only to have it canceled because the host didn't update their calendar- it then was such a long and hard process to get a refund not because the host didn't wanna give the refund because it seems like he doesn't understand or read very well because trying to message the host and get him to do what VRBO was asking in order to process my refund was an ALL NIGHT experience and I could only get the refund processed the next morning - it was unprofessional all around- there's no reason to be double booked if you stay on top of things- just if you want to book this place message the host first.
