Overall, great experience. Room is exactly as advertised, clean, very conveniently located, and free gated parking is a huge benefit. A couple of small nitpicks: the room is located very close to the interstate, and you do get some noise from passing traffic, but not too very bad. We also had a little trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, but the host was very helpful and communicative in getting that resolved. Biggest complaint was wifi in the room. There technically is a wifi network but the connection was so weak and the speed was so slow that we used a hotspot the whole stay. All that said, the positives far outweigh the negatives with this unit. Great stay and great host.
A/C worked great! Beds for 5 - towels for 6 - only 4 forks, which made meals at home a challenge. Multi tenant property and it took some figuring to ensure we were at the right unit. Great location but the one-way streets meant it was only really accessible from the freeway off-ramp. Parking was essential to our trip!!! Enjoyed and would recommend!
Very clean, very comfortable, quite despite I10 nearby, Google maps and Apple Maps originally took us across the I 10 freeway. A good guide is the tire shop that is located straight across the property.
Location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to food and entertainment! We love being able to have more room and privacy than if at a hotel. Host even provided area recommendations tsee,do,eat.
The rooms were spacious. The townhouse was gated so we were comfortable within the gate. The area is a little loud with traffic but once I was asleep I was able to stay asleep. The noise between rooms and upstairs/downstairs was very minimal. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Just a 10 minute walk to the french quarter. With all the one way streets it was easier to walk then to drive! A cute coffee shop a few blocks away. We would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The townhouse was clean and we loved where the location. We could walk or uber wherever we wanted to go. We would stay here again.
It was very convenient to all, we felt safe and walked just about everywhere. The house was supplied well, clean and comfortable. You do hear the traffic but by the 2nd night never even bother any of us. gated parking is wonderful, never had to move our vehicle. We would definitely rent again.
This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment for a trip to NOLA. You can't beat the price and it's perfect to split with three other people. It's only about a 20min walk to the heart of the quarter, it's gated, clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony. Literally the only downside is the noise (it's right by I-10) but there are even white noise machines provided in each room to help you sleep.

Everything was nice and king bed was very comfy! The location was great for quick Uber to the French Quarters. The only reason that I gave 4/5 star for check in process was because in this hot weather, the air conditioner had not been turned on and it was a whopping 87 degrees when we checked in. We arrived very late in evening and were planning to go to sleep upon arrival BUT it took 4-5 hours for town home to cool down to a comfortable temperature to actually be able to sleep in. There was no issue with the AC unit itself once we turned it on. Other than that, great communication & the amenities of towels, toiletries, & bedding were perfect!
First of all, the beds are excellent. We are all older adults and found the beds very comfortable. Next, while the music was noisy on one night. It was dead quiet for the rest of the week. Next, Treme has a ton of good food options within a couple of blocks. We came to NO to eat, and just wow. Hit Lil Dizzys around the corner for insane fried chicken, or Manchu food mart for late night snacks. Great morning coffee is two blocks away. Its about a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. This is an excellent location for a great price. Jose is an outstanding host!

Great apartment! We walked to the French Quarter daily while there. The hosts provided a secure apartment where we felt totally safe; we got a rideshare to return from nights out, but honestly, it probably would have been fine to walk back, too. They also provided white noise machines which took care of the sound from the music venue next door. My mom and 7 month old son hung out at the apartment so that my husband and I could attend a wedding and had everything they needed to be comfy.

Un safe feeling.
Very nosies,( there for not much sleep at all) to many homeless around.( didn’t feel very safe) shower didn’t work right.
The location was not scary but a mixed blend of people around which is good.Neighborhood was friendly. We walked, pushing a jogging stroller everywhere we went, except hospital for grandson surgery, The townhouse has been upgraded since photos. The master has king bed and there is a bunkbed and single in other room. There is a venue property next door which had a party till midnight but we sat on balcony and listened to their music. The property is clean and also has stack washer and dryer by bathroom. A suggestion would be to bring an extension cord cause not many outlets available but that is easy fix.
Great stay in a very central and colorful neighborhood
This is a very nice small townhouse in the Treme neighborhood of New Orleans. It's a stand-alone house on the premises of a larger apartment building which we didn't realize when we got there so it took a few minutes to orient ourselves. Our family (me, wife and two boys 10 and 7) had come to New Orleans for Jazz Fest 1st weekend. It is nicely located near the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny and Gentilly -- all about a 20-25 minute walk. Treme is a historical neighborhood full of vibrancy and color. The African American Museum and Treme Cultural Center are one block from the townhouse. The neighborhood may not suit everybody but we were very happy to be there. There's a neat little bar about two blocks away and an amazing live music venue (Kermit's Mother-In-Law Lounge) only five minutes away. Be prepared for a little noise as the I-10 is directly out in front of the townhouse. It never disturbed us but might be sensitive to some. Jose was pretty responsive to our questions and was flexible with our dates as we had to make changes due to the family emergency. Everything in the apartment worked well and we felt safe the whole time. There's a spot to park your car if you have one ( we didn't). We would rent here again.
