I have no help with this property. We were told once we arrived about the parking situation. We should not have to park two blocks away in an area we have no knowledge of. Told not to leave valuables in the car cause of the high break in volume. THE CAR IS A VALUABLE ITEM!

The home is pleasant, very clean, and may have some unique history, but it is not in the French Quarters per our tour guide. Music was played into the early hours of the morning. The entry steps are used as a public seating bench and a busy hangout for intoxicated individuals. Parking is sketchy. We appreciated the communication with us, sharing highlights of New Orleans, and places of interest.

We loved staying at Jose's rental! It is within walking distance to Frenchman, The French Quarter, and more. The streetcar is nearby as well if you want to go out further. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We loved how roomy it is. Jose also gives great recommendations. We loved the praline beignets!

Charming with modern amenities

We loved this quaint home. It is an historic house with all of the modern comforts. It was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was one block from the street car line.

The house is great for a couple. Cozy, clean & very nicely decorated. The tiny backyard is enclosed for privacy which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents we did meet were very friendly. Everything is within walking distance.

Nice place

We really enjoyed the natural light in this space. There is a full kitchen with pots and pans, tea boiler, a keurig, and a beautiful bathroom and backyard. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you for hosting us!
