The Space
This condo is bright and cozy. The floors, cabinetry and quartz counter-tops are all new. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked (including kids’ dishes). Bar stools and a dining room table provide lots of seating. The kitchen and living room have sliding doors that walk out to a fenced deck with a barbecue and table. You can cross the street off the back deck to walk the two blocks to the beach. Environmentally sensitive? You’ll appreciate that our furnace is equipped with an air scrubber and UV light.
Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and new medium firm mattresses. There is a large, flat-screen smart TV in the master bedroom. The premium twin-size rollaway bed comfortably fits an adult as well as a child and can be placed in the living room or master bedroom.
Bedrooms:
Master – King bed with en suite bathroom with combined bathtub/shower; Guest – queen bed, bathroom across the hall (large shower). There is also a single, roll-away premium bed (no bars in your back :) that will fit in the master bedroom or living room (see pictures).
Wood Burning fireplace is not for use, it will be locked when you arrive.
Living Space:
Plush L-shaped couch, fireplace and hearth, and a large, flat-screen smart TV. There are kids’ books, games and puzzles. Feel free to leave books or puzzles that you don’t wish to keep for the next guest.
Deck:
It’s a lovely place to enjoy barbecues and sit at the table with coffee or afternoon beverages, recently remodeled with brand new trex boards. The deck is fenced with a gate if you have little children. There’s a nice little grassy area off of the deck and beyond that, a short set of stairs to cross the street to head to the beach about 1.5 blocks away - or go next-door to get groceries or coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Fresh Foods, or stroll to Sea Level Bakery, Warren House Pub, Surfcrest Market and Pizza or Mo’s across the street.
The condo is also within walking distance of Haystack Rock and Tolovana State Park. *It’s a bit too far for some little kids without bikes or a wagon – there’s free parking downtown with closer access.
