Best Location, convenience, comfort, and space - This zen and modern townhome is located in the best quiet south end of Cannon Beach and is a short block to the beach. It is an ideal location to plan your relaxing beach vacation with family and friends. The large two-story unit features a private bedroom suite on the upper level with a living area, fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, bathroom, and deck with a gas grill. The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom is a spacious master suite with a private deck and a fireplace. All the rooms have their personal TV to enjoy and relax. Perfect for Multi-generational family visits.

The unit is only one block from the beach and within walking distance of Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site, allowing you to spend your days strolling on the magic sand, exploring the amazing tide pools, flying kites, and building sandcastles. In addition to being within walking distance of the beach, the magnificent Haystack Rock, and Tolovana State Park, you will be able to stroll to Mo`s Restaurant, Fresh Foods, Sea Level Bakery, Warren House Pub, Market, and Pizza.

Cannon Beach downtown is just one-and-a-half miles north and has many fun shops, great restaurants, and local breweries to enjoy. You're just four miles south of excellent hiking in Ecola State Park, Five miles south, Oswald West State Park offers over a dozen miles of hiking trails to the spectacular views of Falcon Cape Overlook,10 miles south of Seaside's aquarium, souvenir shops, and additional beaches. Nehalem, 14-and-a-half miles away, provides ample opportunities for fishing on the river while ocean charters offer access to saltwater fishing.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was clean, warm and organized. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect! Loved the fireplaces in the bedrooms. Great getaway spot right next to the beach! Spacious rooms and plenty of space for family. The kitchen is pretty small, but was great for just a couple nights.

Overall, the property being within walking distance to the beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the unit itself needs attention and updating. The bedrooms were an issue. The curtains did not fully cover the windows, leaving large gaps and very little privacy. The mattress pads had several large yellow stains. With better upkeep, this could be a much better experience, but in its current condition it did not meet expectations.

We picked this unit for the fireplace in the living room, which did not work. We read the extensive "fireplace troubleshooting" instructions, eventually got the pilot light lit, but no fire. We called and were told someone would be by the next day to fix it, but we never saw anyone, nor did we receive an update until I brought it up before check-out when we were told no one could get there for 3-4 days (we only stayed 2 nights). Overall, the unit feels a bit rundown and the upstairs bathroom door is also in need of attention- someone in our group got stuck in the bathroom. The fireplaces in the two bedrooms were nice and the location was close to the beach.

An up-to-date, clean, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of what a Cannon Beach visitor wants--the beach and Haystack Rock, a grocery store, and a morning pastry/coffee shop. Ideal for three couples who want 3 separate bedrooms with baths.

Had a wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious house. Quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon, and some toys were available for use. Grandbaby loved being pulled to the beach in the wagon provided! Nice coffee bar with snacks were provided. Nice touch. Town with lots of shops and restaurants was a quick drive down the road. Had a little grocery store right around the corner which was convenient. Kusum was quick to reply with any questions I had and was a very pleasant host. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, limited kitchen area , not made for cooking for a family. No oven or washing machine/ dryer. Perhaps shouldn’t have assumed they would be standard or missed this info prior. Nice location just out of town and convenient grocery store.

Small piece of paradise!

Was perfect for our couples weekend getaway! The en-suite rooms for all 3 couples was just perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurant and coffee shops. Only hiccup was the 10am checkout time but the host graciously extended it to 11:30! Will definitely visit again!!

Great condo with good beach access

We stayed 4 nights in May. This unit would be a great place and good value for a couple, family or multiple couples. The unit is 2 stories with the upstairs having the kitchen/dining area/sitting area and a large master bedroom and master bath, all with vaulted ceilings. Downstairs, there is a large separate bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Downstairs also has a smaller bedroom as well as a separate full bath with jetted tub. (To be clear, the “downstairs” is the ground floor.) The unit looks as though it has been recently refurbished with new flooring, windows, woodwork, paint, drapes, most fixtures and furniture. It was very clean. There are a lot of windows including two sliding glass doors and small decks off of the upstairs sitting area (with a grill) and off the master bedroom. There are three new-looking gas fireplaces – downstairs large bedroom, upstairs kitchen/sitting area and master bedroom. The overall feel of the condo is clean, lots of light, airy, clean, updated and well cared for. Everything worked great. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was fine and the linens were good. The wi-fi was fast and the main TV had Roku. Since it was May, we used the furnace, which has multiple controls and worked great. The owners thought of a lot of small extras – extra blankets, some free goodies and snacks, board games, extra air bed. There is a grocery store practically next door. The communication with the owner was really good. They sent a couple of emails with a lot of information. The condo really is close to the beach – a 5 min. walk and the beach access is directly across the street. There are a couple of things to be aware of, but not negatives from our standpoint. The master bedroom has double doors that close but don’t lock (with windows and curtains in the door). The kitchen, dining area and sitting area are all together but this was plenty spacious for our purposes. There is no washer and dryer. The area around the condo is quiet but you will need to drive 1/2 mile or walk along the beach to the downtown area of Cannon Beach. On the other hand, the beach in our area had fewer people than the main beach area and Haystack Rock is in between. Hwy 101 is behind the condo and that gets some traffic at night. We didn’t notice it except when a motorcycle or larger truck would go by. We typically bring earplugs everywhere, so it did not bother us.
