This is a gorgeously decorated, spacious Georgian property in the coolest area in London, 10 minutes walk from Broadway Market and Victoria Park in one direction and 5 minutes from the bars and restaurants in Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road in the other.

Located on the lower end of Well Street, there are top rated independent cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, a record shop / cafe bar several small pubs and bars; including one of the coolest spots in East London for some later night drinking - The Gunn
