This purpose-built and fully renovated vacation home is ideally located within Windsor at Westside resort and has a waterfront view. ALL guests receive complimentary use of world-class amenities including lazy river, zero entry pool, heated spa, children`s splash pad/water slide, and more!

There is no need to compromise - something will appeal to everyone with 6 immersive themed rooms and the common areas equipped with the latest features. Each of the bedrooms and the 1st floor living room feature murals hand-painted by master artists that offer theme-park inspired details and excitement.

• Avengers: Full over Full bunk (sleeps 2) from inside a construction beam bed

• Moana: 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2)

The Tron inspired game room is temperature controlled and offers 2 arcade Star Wars and Mandalorian pinball machine, 3 professional gaming stations each equipped with a PS5 and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Traditional games such as billiards and foosball are also provided as are USB power outlets to ensure your device recharge their batteries while your families enjoy the action!

Subtle theme-park inspired details are also featured throughout the common areas and each bedroom and main area also features USB power outlets for your convenience. The living rooms are each equipped with a 75” TV with the 2nd floor living room also coming with an Xbox Series X game machine. The kitchen offers a bar area while the long table and bench in the dining room offers a chance for everyone to eat together in style while avoiding long line-ups.

The private screen-in pool and spa area offers an extended deck with loungers, and a sitting area with table and chairs for you to cool off in the safety of your traveling group.

Windsor at Westside Resort is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Located near major attractions, this manned gated resort with 24/7 security features an 8,000 square foot clubhouse with a complimentary arcade room, fitness center and Tu Casa Bar & Lounge, the full-service restaurant.

Windsor at Westside is a resort style community with a restaurant, bar, resort pool, lazy river, and water play area. They also have sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, a sports field, playground and fitness center. Not far from the resort you will find a grocery store for all of your vacation needs.

Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Bed Configuration Sleeps 15

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened in lanai / pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.

Please kindly note there is a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.

Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.

You must be 25 years of age to book.

Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.

If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know. The cost to clean, fix or replace the damage at hand will be billed to your reservation. Damages may include any stained or missing items both inside and outside the home. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
