We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Our granddaughters absolutely loved all of the themed rooms, drum set, game room not to mention the wonderful pool. I think the way I can best summarize how much they loved. It was when we arrived home and our son was laying our eight-year-old granddaughter down to bed and she said daddy promise me we can stay at that house again next year when we go.Thanks to our host Jennifer your an absolute delight to communicate with.

This house was AMAZING!!!!! From the amount of rooms and beds we needed, to the pool and hot tub, to the SUPER FUN game room, to the owner Jennifer- everything was perfect. Jennifer was extremely nice with every detail that we needed to stay at the house. She was also very attentive to every question and email that was sent. Jennifer made all accommodations we asked for and even more. All the themed rooms were so much fun. The bathrooms were so spacious. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook meals with. And the game room was stacked with all kinds of games. It’s literally where the kids and adults spend HOURS (besides the pool of course). Next time we stay at this house, bc of course we will, we need to remember to bring or buy extra paper towels and cleaning spray to wipe down the counters.A couple things that aren’t really negatives but observations was the statue in the Egypt room. It was cute bc it went with the theme but just different. Also the lack of privacy out back only bc it is a HOA community and no fences are allowed. It’s wasn’t terrible, but just different for us.Like I said earlier we will definitely be staying at this house again bc of how kind and attentive Jennifer was and how spacious and fun the house was.

Cozy theme villas

This house is amazing. Very clean no carpet which is nice. Beds were all ok none hard. Everything worked as should. The game room was great very nice everything working as it should. Which is very nice not all houses the same. Rooms very well themed. Kitchen well stocked. They left starter items which was a great help and not all do. Pool was clean and basketball hoop was a big hit. Hot tub worked good. Pool is heated for free. But not as warm as other homes we had stayed at. It was fine due to it being in the 90's the weeks we were there. We would defiantly stay here again! Jen always answered any questions I had Thank you again for opening up your home to us!! Pam

If you have a family with kids in different age groups, or kids in general, this is absolutely the stay for you. I mean, there’s so much to do in this house-for everyone. I especially like that Jennifer put so much thought and effort into each individually-themed room. There are 6 bedrooms and I guarantee one is sure to meet each guests’ preference and personality. The communication was amazing. Any question I had was almost instantly responded to. Check in was super easy. The community is quiet but there is so much to do. We were there 6 days and went out 3 of those days. The rest of the time was spent having fun in the house and heated pool! We went for my son’s 4th birthday. I had to force him to leave the house to visit Disney World. That’s how awesome this home is! It’s close to everything including only a few minutes from Disney. It’s about 25-30 minutes to SeaWorld. Very accommodating location. We will certainly be staying here in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay Jennifer!P.s. the Avatar room was hands down my favorite!
