Loved the layout of the house. The second living room was great for our family and the backyard seating with the pond and fountain was relaxing. Would book again if our plans take us to Bethany Beach again.

Great home near Bethany Beach

Our three-generation family of 8 adults and 3 kids, 1, 2, and 3-years old, loved this very clean and comfortable newly- constructed house near Bethany Beach. Lots of room for everyone, and toys for the kids. We had a great six- night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio in the evenings.The location was excellent. Bethany Beach was just a short drive away, and we also loved visiting Coin Beach, which is only about 15 minutes away. It was much less crowded, making it a great option if you're looking for a quieter beach experience.The clubhouse was another highlight. The pool was fantastic, and the gym was clean and never crowded during our stay. One thing to note is that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with easy access to the beach and great community amenities. RK property management was attentive to any needs that we had.

Luxurious stay

My family and I had a wonderful experience. We totally enjoyed the relaxing, airy atmosphere. The tastefully decorated house which was cozy, neat and spacious had everything needed to make our stay a memorable one. We will surely consider this place again.

The property was clean, inviting and well-stocked. So many rooms and so much space! We definitely enjoyed the front porch and the back patio with the view of the pond. We even saw a bald eagle flying overhead out back! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!!

This was a wonderful, clean, family-friendly house with large rooms and a beautiful porch! The house was well stocked with kids books, toys, foosball, and mini ping pong. The pool was a 15ish minute walk and the beach is less than 10 minutes away! Bethany was so pleasant with lots of fun activities including funland, mini-golf, the boardwalk! Would highly recommend this house and destination for a large family gathering!!

Wonderful home for vacation

Family friendly home with beautiful back yard patio and plenty to do for the kids. We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. It was a bit far of a walk from the pool, but a quick drive and we were able to enjoy the amenities at the club house after buying bracelets for the week. The owner communicated well and was very accommodating. We enjoyed all the kitchen items that were provided and the kids loved the fooseball, ping pong and keyboard.
