Desert beauty

The property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s out in the desert but close enough to convenience. Private and accessible for anything needed. Gracious hostess! Large rooms with lots of windows and a great kitchen — with a stunning Mountain View!

Born in Texas and Raised in Arizona. I've lived on this property since I was 10 years old! That's a long time. I love it here and love sharing it with others. The awe folks feel when seeing the mountain views from the front door are something I wish I could bottle up and sale. We have always called it our island slice of heaven here on earth.

Why they chose this property

Desert all around and gorgeous mountain views! I love that we live in on private family property that used to be considered rural! While we've been annexed into the city it still feels like country living because our family owns16 acres. From our property there is easy access to hiking, biking and a short drive up Mt Lemmon to the most southern ski resort in the United States. I love that my grand children are growing up in the same home I grew up in. Saguaro National Momument is not far where you'll see majestic Saguaro cactus and amazing views. Sabino Canyon is just around the corner when you visit be sure to take the tram ride up the canyon you will be mesmorized by the beauty I call home. The question asked is why I choose this neighborhood the truth is my parents choose this place to be home and that it has fulfilled and beyond all expectation.

What makes this property unique

I believe you will feel at home. I have designed the Casita to be comfortable, with everything guests need to feel like they belong right here.
