Enjoy the perfect home in our snowbound village during the winter or a wildflower retreat throughout the summer. All of our properties are located at the base of the mountain. During the winter months they are ski-in, ski-out homes with a classic European touch. Park in our convenient underground parking garage, have your luggage, skis, and boards loaded aboard a personal gondola and glide towards your classic alpine experience. During the summer enjoy scenic hikes, fishing in our private Lake Mary, mountain biking, or book a tee time at one of the six golf courses located just 10-20 minutes away!Historic charmer in the heart of the village. Sleeps 15 thanks to 5 bedrooms (1 bedrooms with 2 bunks and 2 twins,1 - bunk bed, 1 - 3 twins, 1 -4 twins, 1 - King). Bring your furry friends paying and additional $150 fee. HOTEL ROOMS

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, guests forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays (December 20, 202- January 04, 2025)
**MLK Weekend (January 142, 13, 14, 2024)
**President's Weekend (February 16, 17, 18, 2024)
**Ski Week and Weekend (February 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 2024)

HOMES

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to the arrival dates, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays (December 15, 2023 - January 06, 2024)
**MLK Weekend (January 17, 18, 19, 2025)
**President's Weekend (February 14, 15, 16, 2025)
**Ski Week and Weekend (February 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 2025)

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, SHORTENING OF STAYS OR NO SHOWS. ALSO, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ROAD CONDITIONS OR WEATHER.

Cancellations within our cancellation period due to but not limited to weather, road closures, flight cancellations or health / medical reasons may not result in a refund. To allow our guests to travel with peace of mind we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
