Charming 2,050 sqft home with a 275 sqft tiny home & separate 120 sqft office/workout space. Unique property that offers privacy, wildlife, 4 bedrooms that will sleep up to 9 situated on 12 acres. Plenty of parking, 5 min to downtown Durango, across the street from an abundance of hiking trails & access to the Colorado Trail. Small front fenced yard, will consider a small dog upon approval & extra charge. 10 min to Durango Hot Springs, 25 min to Purgatory, 5 min to world class fishing.

Cozy home on a spectacular property with a natural spring fed pond and on Junction Creek (typically flowing April through September, but depends on amount of snow/rain through the year).

Johnson Party

For the age of the home, it was well kept up. Well stocked. Only issue we had, was the windows were very dirty with cobwebs around. The only time we noticed was when we were sitting around the dining table visiting in the morning. Before it becomes a great issue, the upstairs bathroom leaks in bathtub. We really did have a grand time in the home.

Beautiful Property Just outside of Town

Close, well stocked, beautiful lot, saw lots of deer and enjoyed wine on the front patio. High quality everything. I want the bed and bedding-so comfortable. Our 14 yo loves having the Tiny House, favorite part of his trip so far. We loved our stay at your beautiful home. Thank you.

Military kid and adventurous so I've lived all over the world. Very happy to call Durango my home now. I love the outdoors, especially fly fishing and hiking. I love animals, wine, reading and spending time with my family.

Why they chose this property

I love this home and the area it is located. Close to town, however on over 11 acres so private. Creek, pond, trees, flowers, pastures with horses next door and mountains.

What makes this property unique

On Junction creek, natural spring that feeds the pond, beautiful willow trees and amazing mountains all around the property. Front porch and patio with a BBQ grill and space to enjoy eating outdoors. World class climbing and hiking across the street!
