This house was perfect for our family of 7. The location was great and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The Animas River Trail is right next to the house and is perfect for running, walking, or bike riding. The house was very clean and well stocked for anything you would need and the host was friendly and communicative. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

Book this house!!!!! The location is the absolute best and the house itself is gorgeous. So well built, the ceilings and the beams are just gorgeous. There are so many beautiful touches throughout the house. The cost was reasonable and we were even able to get into the house a little early. Look no further than here!

We were super impressed with this property! The architecture and design were top notch! I loved the exposed beams throughout the house, the high, wood-planked ceiling and polished concrete floors on the first floor and the luxurious main bathroom. All three bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of screened windows to let in the cool mountain air. We enjoyed the games and books the owners had provided for guests. We also appreciated the centrally located washer and dryer that appeared to be brand new. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This is a nice place. Very clean and a great location by the walking trails and a short walk to the down town area. This was probably the best stocked place we have ever rented. Kitchen bath laundry etc. The portable air conditioners were a little on the loud side. Also on a very busy noisy street. We would defiantly stay here again. Thanks!
