Modern quiet cottage close to lake - Situated in quaint old Wanaka
This renovated modern 3 bedroom cottage is located in the quiet pretty old area of Wanaka.
It is situated 500 meters from the lake , 5 minutes drive from town or 30 minutes walk from town.
The sunny deck has a comfortable 3 seater couch and armchairs perfect for reading a book and relaxing. There is also a new weber barbecue.
The space
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 3 new comfortable queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with modern tiled shower.
The new designer kitchen, living area and dining area are open plan. The lounge has a log burner and the dining area has a heat pump.
The new drier and washing machine are located inside a doored cavity in the second bathroom.
French doors open from the lounge onto the sunny outside deck . There is also a small deck by the dining area
Other things to note
All linen is provided except beach towels
Please bring beach towels if required
The property is self catering but there will be pantry basics plus some toilet paper and paper towels to get you started
