Great location! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The host was awesome and communicated well! We've stayed at Bear Crossing for several years and have been very satisfied with the property and Kirkland's Smoky Mountain Cabins. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay we were in town for an event at the Leconte Center and this location was perfect. We could walk over to the convention center and walk to multiple restaurants right on the strip. We had one minor question about the freezer when we checked in and the hosts were prompt on getting maintenance out to ensure everything was working properly. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this was a perfect place for our stay.

Very clean condo in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Stand alone showers are definately not handicap friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed evenings sitting on the balcony

Nice place - clean and nicely decorated. Good location. Only issue was a smell around the washer/dryer closet which we assumed was because it wasn’t used regularly. But the it was not a problem after we ran an empty load through- we washed towels with no issues.
