What a lovely home! The pool and back yard trees were so calming. We saw a deer family everyday. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. It was close to downtown Saint Augustine, without being in the hustle. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. Great stay thank you.

This place was a wonderful home for a girls weekend. Perfect patio for coffee in the morning and all day fun in the pool. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. This would also be a wonderful home for families with children. The neighborhood was beautiful and we even were able to catch a glimpse of the local deers. It is conveniently located close to downtown St Augustine without having to be directly in town. All the extras the hosts have in the house were extra nice, This is definitely a place we would return to again. Thanks again to Jenny & Kenny!

We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed our time at the house. Our three Granddaughters spent a lot of time in the pool, and the whole family also enjoyed the pickle ball court. We saw a few deer and even a bunny in the back yard. The house had all we needed to have a great visit. Our Host Jenny was very attentive to our needs.

The house was beautiful and accurately described. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all questions. We enjoyed the pool, hanging out as a family, and playing games. My adult children loved the foosball table . We also loved that we were able to bring our fur babies. Thank you!

Enjoyed staying at this property. It was a good hub for our friends and us to see St. Augustine. Kitchen was well stocked. Master suite was spacious. Beds were comfy. Pool was refreshing during our June stay. Owners were responsive and timely when we had questions.

Perfect family getaway

My children, their spouses, grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Bunkroom was great for older kids. It had all the amenities including beach towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. There was ample dinnerware for all 12 of us with plenty of seating inside and out. Coffee bar with espresso machine was nice touch. Lots of small appliances were provided also. The 6 kids ages 4-10 loved playing arcade and foosball. The pool was also great for play.

Beautiful home in a really nice and quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end street. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Fairly comfortable beds, couch and outdoor furniture. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool as the heater was not working properly the week we stayed. The pickleball court is nice but not as level as it seems in the picture. It slopes towards the back of the property pretty good as in the back person has to swing harder than the person in the front. Overall great house, great hosts and really great neighborhood.

Exceptional with the Little Extras

The little things stood out to This Mama of 5. As you walk in, there were shoes to wear to the pool, or in the house. Once going out the back door, there were pool towels for all 12 guests. The host was very responsive. The kids, younger & older enjoyed the arcade & foosball table. For those that could enjoyed a couple of family movie nights, after a long day at the pool, exploring Saint Augustine, & fishing. We recommend the House, Location, & The Host Jenny. Thank you for making our week long stay so enjoyable for us both, our kids, (teenagers & grown ones), and grandchild. Hope to stay again!

The house was lovely! It was on a quiet cul-de-sac and we got to see deer walking through the yard every day which was such a treat. There were a couple little items that needed attention but Jenny responded immediately every time I emailed. My 8 year old enjoyed the pool every single day and we enjoyed sitting on the patio reading books or just chatting. Would definitely visit this house again.
