This retreat between the ocean and lake offers the benefits of a vacation by the ocean with the added bonus of a nearby lake for fishing! Enjoy ocean views and the convenience of the home's thoughtful layout. Multiple decks ensure effortless, pleasurable relaxation. Seaside serenity is yours for the taking!

1 dog welcome, $100 per week.

Other things to note:
Renter must be over 25 and provide breakdown of guests ages. Must sign vacation rental agreement.

In the event that you advise owner in writing that you no longer want to perform your obligations under this agreement, owner in their sole and absolute discretion, will attempt to re-rent the premises. If the premises fails to re-rent or rents for less than your rental rate, you are responsible for the balance owed. If the premises re-rents for the full value of your rental rate, owner will reimburse you for all money previously paid.
