About this property

Our home is an extension of our personalities…comfortable, eclectic and relaxed. This space offers 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a dedicated room with a desk, treadmill and weight bench, full kitchen and living area. Oddly enough, we even have a “salon” room in place of a formal dining room.
Step into the backyard to enjoy the pool, grill and hot tub in the cooler months. Your pawed friend is welcome with a fenced yard and dog door.
There are several close attractions that include the Ouachita River, numerous bayous and other waterways, Black Bayou National Wildlife Refuge, hunting, fishing and baseball fields. The town of Sterlington has about a dozen restaurants within minutes, grocery stores and other conveniences. The neighborhood itself can keep you entertained with a golf course, restaurant, bayou access and ample area to walk outdoors.

Really nice location

This is a very nice property and super convenient to city of Monroe and ULM. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the area. Brandy is a very accommodating host.
