Fifth Avenue Retreat is a premium 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome that’s perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. The living area features comfy couches for relaxing and conversation; there’s also a family room area with a large sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features large granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up fantastic mountain meals for your group. There’s seating for eight at the dining table and room for two at the breakfast bar.

Outside, there’s an enclosed backyard with a nice patio featuring a private hot tub, a gas grill, and plenty of room for your four-legged friend to run around! Other amenities include complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home and a one-car garage (smaller car only) with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Main Level:

- Dog friendly (1 dog max) - $50 per night pet fee.
