The quiet 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features:
-Primary bedroom- featuring King Sleep Number bed for maximum comfort and full EnSuite
-2nd bedroom- 1 queen bed with a dedicated workspace and private bathroom
-3rd bedroom- 1 full bed with private bathroom
-4th bedroom- 1 queen bed
-There are 2 aerobeds (1 queen + 1 twin), as well as 2 couches, if additional sleeping space is needed

-Playroom: the favorite entertainment space for kids featuring a craft table with 2 chairs and a sofa to take an afternoon nap. Stocked with crayons, markers, and paper for endless fun.

-Sitting room with a 55 in Smart TV & 2 sided fireplace to enjoy a break from the main entertainment space. Enjoy a glass of wine, friendly conversation or a TV break.

-Gas fireplace, 2 sided for maximum ambiance. Not in use.

This property is conveniently located with access to multiple forms of public transportation.

Dash Bus: DASH is a local bus service that is free to riders. It travels all over Alexandria, but will not take you into DC. You can hop on the Dash Bus at the corner of our house, just a few feet from the front door.

Metro: We are located about 2 miles from the Braddock St Metro Station. There is a bus stop at the corner of our street for the free Alexandria City bus (DASH) that runs directly to the metro stop.

King Street Trolley: Though not accessible from the house, once you are on the historic King Street in Old Town, there's no easier, quicker way than the free King St Trolley to explore more than 200 shops, dining and attractions. The Trolley runs every 15 minutes between Alexandria City Hall/Market Square and the King St - Old Town Metrorail from 11 a.m to 11 p.m., seven days a week, including holidays.
