Charming Studio in a Great location
About this space
My studio is ideal for its great location: close to Time Square, the High line, Hell's kitchen, Hudson River Bike Trail etc... Two blocks from the Javits Center! It is also safe (24 hour doorman) and very clean! I provide my guests all they need for a pleasant and comfortable stay!
The space
The space is very full of light, it is totally renovated and it's very clean. It's ideal for two people. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new and very functional.
It is not very big (it's New York!) but it's pleasant and there is everything you need! I always do my best to make sure that there is a nice atmosphere for my guests!
Guest access
There is a 24 hour doorman. At your arrival, please DO NOT MENTION AIRBNB. You can go straight to the elevator. In case he asks, just say that you are my friends without adding any other info. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Theoretically, sub renting is not legal, but it is "tolerated" and everyone does it because in New York the rent is so high. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
