Situated in the hills above Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, in the Pacific Heights area, our villa is accessed via a gravel road, making an SUV with 4x4 highly recommended for transportation.



Upon entering the villa, you will find an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare memorable meals with your friends and family. For your convenience, allow us to stock the refrigerator for a nominal fee. We also offer private chef service to do the cooking for you at an additional cost. There are also many delightful restaurants in Potrero and Flamingo, that we can recommend.

The villa boasts five ocean-view en suite bedrooms promising the utmost comfort and privacy for up to ten guests. Wake up to tranquil surroundings and begin your day by relaxing poolside or exploring one of many beautiful beaches in the area.

Notably, one of these bedrooms can be exclusively accessed via a staircase descending from the Pool Deck, giving its guests an extra layer of privacy and seclusion.



As you relax indoors, this modern retreat ensures your utmost comfort with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout the home. Venture outdoors to enjoy the sparkling pool or to one of the terraces with multiple lounge and seating options. When you are ready to explore, Playa Potrero is a short distance away offering the beach, leisurely strolls, basking under the sun, and beachfront restaurants. There are also eight different unique beaches along the coast in the area which are all worth exploring. Ocean activities such as snorkelling, diving, surfing, offshore fishing, and sunset catamaran tours can all be arranged for you. Land activities such as zip-lining, ATV cruising, mountain biking, adventure tours, and animal sanctuaries can all be arranged as well.



The villa is fenced and gated for your privacy and security. An on-site inconspicuous caretaker will be on the premises caring for the pool and grounds as well as serving as evening security so that you will be comfortable with your stay.
