Modern Oceanfront Condo Daytona Beach
The pool is closed until further notice. We are hoping to have it open in September. Recently renovated oceanfront condo located on the 5th floor. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset on this private balcony overlooking the ocean. This spacious 628 sq ft. condo sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a memory foam sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has a cooktop, air fryer, blender, toaster oven, kettle, and keurig. Shopping center across the street and mini golf is less than a mile down the road. Hit the beach and sink your toes in the sand.

Why they chose this property
There is a lot of events in Daytona Beach to keep you entertained all year. The Winter is mild so you can reap the benefits of this oceanfront condo. The unit is close to the ocean so you can dolphin/shark/whale watch and of course see the sunrise/sunset. There is a shopping center across the street. Mason Ave has a lot of nice shops and restaurants too. This is close to the Hard Rock, Pier, Bandshell, golf, Daytona Int'l Speedway, Buckee's, Airport, Disney, Marineland, and close enough to see the rocket launch.
What makes this property unique
II strive to provide the best service with a clean condo and extra supplies for your stay. This room offers one of the few private balcony overlooking the ocean for complete privacy unlike the others. Although I cannot control outside of my condo, we are working on opening up the pools and parking in July. The interior and exterior will have a new facelift and renovations will be starting in mid July.
