This beautiful ONE bedroom north facing unit has a great ocean view, as well as a wonderful sunset view of the Granada bridge. This newly renovated and well-stocked condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

This condo offers modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/Heating for ultimate comfort. The two balconies provide ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The large kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The living room provides a cozy and comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring or enjoying the beach.

The bedroom features two queen beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The large bathroom includes double sinks and a standing shower for added convenience.

Come and enjoy your time in the sun, beach items are provided to enjoy to have a comfortable and relaxing beach stay.

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests in an overflow lot to the South of the resort. A parking pass is required to be placed in your car upon arrival and returned to the condo upon departure, to avoid a fee.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad that is on the door.

Resort Update 11-14-25
The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), South Spa (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, North Spa, Kiddie Pool.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the Condo.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

If you require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact me for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.
