This two-bedroom unit located on the 7th floor of Tower 4 faces the gulf with views of the water and beach from anywhere in the unit. You are just three minutes from the unit doorway to the Lifestyle Center, the gateway to the infinite pools and Adventure Cove for the kids.

Custom, high-quality furnishings and colors carefully selected by interior designer David Crass. Uncluttered by design in favor of more space for you and your family.

Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans and direct entry to the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling light-blocking drapes offer a great sleeping environment.

The living room includes a sofa that doubles as a sleeper and an entertainment center with a 75" smart flat TV, coordinated with a Bose sound system. 1/8” (mini) input provided for your iPod.

Master bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 50" flatscreen TV. Two sinks and closets in the bathroom with shower and jaccuzi bathtub.

Guest bedroom has a 50" flatscreen TV. Bathtub and shower. Door access to balcony.

Internet can be accessed by Wi-Fi or directly with ethernet connection.

Like to see a sunset at the beach? Go to the beach anytime with the two, light-weight, reclining beach chairs provided for you. If you don’t want to join the crowd at the central infinity pool area, then sneak off to your personal tower pool and hot tub for exclusive privacy.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We needed a last minute getaway and this condo was perfect! The unit faces the ocean and we enjoyed the view every morning while having coffee. Numerous supplies, great property, fantastic communication with host. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TJ’s place! It was spacious, clean, and very conveniently located to everything we needed to access on the beach. We were able to walk across the street vs putting our toddler in a car seat to and from the beach which made such a difference. All of the restaurants and the boardwalk were just a quick drive down the road. TJ was very communicative and helpful during check in to make sure we had a great stay. We would love to come back next year!

Oh so perfect Portofino

Our third time at Portofino and first at this particular unit. It was just as described and presented in the pictures. We have no complaints. You never have to leave the resort and there are so many activities available. We loved it just as much as the two previous times.

A Paradise

It was one of our best beach trips, without a doubt! The condo was great! Accommodations was also very good. You have pretty much everything that you'll need in the condo. The pools were great, too! We are going back, for sure! TJ is a great host! If you are looking for a beach trip, don't hesitate to give Portofino Island Resort in Pensacola Beach a try. It's the best place in town.

I have stayed at Portofino several times and this unit is nice. The views are amazing, clean & safe. Walk to beach across the street in a block total. Well stocked kitchen, hangars, hairdryer and extra blanket. Checking in this unit was the smoothest I have had for Portofino. Nice gym. TJ was great. Hope to be back soon.

Portofino Vacay

This condo unit in the Portofino Island resort was excellent. It was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is extra large and can be accessed by sliders in both bedrooms and the living room which is fantastic! The owner, TJ, is very responsive to questions and any concerns. I mentioned a concern with a coffee machine and a new one was delivered into the condo the next day- awesome!! Not only all if the above , the view is spectacular!

Slice of heaven

TJ and his condo were everything we were needing! I was worried about staying in this tower as we wanted to be by the beach but ended up thinking it was the best tower to be in since it was closest to the activity center and food/drinks. This unit had it all too! TJ was very prompt in his communication and helpful in anyway he could be! Will come back to both Portofino and this unit!! Thank you TJ!
