Great for bigger groups

I recently stayed here with a group of 8 people and the place was perfect! The rooms were clean and nicely sized. While it’s not exactly walkable to the main downtown area, it was really easy to call for Ubers there and the street was very accessible. I would definitely recommend this place to larger groups or anyone who just wants a big space to crash. Also, the water dispenser in the kitchen was a lifesaver for the summer heat!

Immaculate, modern townhome

The condition of the property was flawless. All the amenities that you will need, and modern. This is located in a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of places to eat or see nearby. There is a Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 within 10 mins walk, and 3 vending machines within 3 mins walk.The air conditioning worked great thankfully, becuase it was very hot when we went. We didnt have a car, but there are free parking spots in the driveway. Also across the street are bicylcles for rent.Only 4 stars for accuracy of the listing, because it is not a 2 min walk to the Ashiharabashi Station (JR-017)... its more like 7 - 8. (Unless we missed a hidden station somewhere).The Ashiharabashi Station is on the convenient Osaka Loop line, but please note that if you are traveling to this station, the Osaka Loop line contains a rapid train that SKIPS Ashiharabashi Station. So be sure to not use the Rapid Line. Youre about a 26 minute rail trip to Dotonbori, 30 to America-Mura, 22 mins to Namba, 35 mins to the Expo East Gate in Osaka. For the above mentiioned 3 places, I opted to take taxi's as they cut the time to about 10 minutes.After staying in the heart of Shinjuku, this was a nice alternative for the peace and quiet at night, and the living room was a nice gathering spot to relax after long days and nights. I would definitely stay here again!
