Things to Note:
- During the summer, the upstairs bedrooms tend to be warmer than the rest of the house. For your convenience, we've equipped these rooms with portable air conditioners you can control, to maintain a comfortable (or even cold) temperature. Please note these AC units can generate noise similar to a large fan, which may be a consideration for light sleepers.

- The 4th bedroom in the basement is in the style of a "suite", so it shares a space with the game room and basement living room. The entire basement has a door for privacy so you can still sleep undisturbed.

- The utility and storage rooms in the basement areas are locked for the safety of children and we use them to store additional supplies.

- If your reservation includes 11 or more guests, we will provide a queen-size air mattress with linens to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.
