Huge home, lots of space on a quiet street bordering a golf course. The house was clean and would be great for a large group or family. Pool and hot tub were both clean and hot tub got to temperature quickly. Easy check-in and the backyard was fenced well for my 2 little dogs to roam safely. Also had a great garage, large enough for an RV and 2 more cars. Great place to stay.

Cannot say enough positive things about this property!! Not only is it very well maintained, but it's also in a great location to be able to utilize the fantastic outdoor space. Property management is incredibly responsive and accommodating, we'll absolutely stay here if/when we're ever in the area again. If you're on the fence, or deciding between this and another house, just book it - you won't be disappointed!! ... *The only additional advice I would add when considering this property is that the bottom bunks in the bunkbed room are a tight squeeze for adults.

GOLF COURSE BEAUTY!

Beautiful property on the Orange Tree golf course...very relaxing and comfortable. The views of the course, and outdoor peaceful atmosphere was AWESOME. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of it's amenities.

Amazing Property

The home was outstanding - beautiful decorated with a stunning backyard. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Our host, Leslie, was very responsive as well. I highly recommend this property for any special event.

Beautiful house - perfect spot for a group golf trip

Great location, very quiet, and right on a golf course. The house is very large so lots of space to spread out. The property manager was very responsive, but we really did not need anything. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Everyone in our group loved the house! Back yard was a dream.

Nickel Wedding

We had friends & family in for our daughter’s wedding. This house is a dream! Spacious & enough rooms so that everyone could have a little privacy as well. Pool, hotub & sauna were put to good use. Any questions we had about property were answered immediately. It was a wonderful week!

We stayed at this property during Christmas break and had a blast, the house was as described online and shown in photos, with lots of amenities, and a beautiful location right on the golf course. Check-in was smooth, communication with the property manager was swift and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The property was not cleaned well after the previous guests left but that was taken care of right away after I talked to the manager. If we ever travel to Scottsdale again would love to book this house again, had a great time. Thanks a lot

Family Thanksgiving

Unfortunately, this home and property was not maintained to the level we expected. 1. Leaking irrigation system in backyard. Water had to be shut off for a short period of time for repairs. 2. We found a huge amount of bird droppings all over the back patio area and putting green. The cleaning service tried to clean it but residue remained. It needed to have a pressure wash. 3. The pool was supposed to be heated to certain temperature we requested. Since the hosts charge by the degree we ended up buying a pool thermometer to verify that the water was heated to the level we requested. It was not, however, we were not charged the extra amount based on what we requested. 4. We had no hot water upon arrival. We finally located the large water heater in the garage and noted it was on low heat setting. We turned it up to "normal" and it worked fine. However, people in the casitas area complained that they had warm water only. We only found their water heater in a closet in the billiard room when we were doing our final inspection at checkout. It was in low mode as well. 5. Several blinds in the house did not function properly. 6. The Suna in the master bedroom did not work 7. The children's playground had a broken swing seat, the playhouse was covered in bird droppings and the paint was chipped and peeling. 8. The door lock to the casitas was broken. We requested a partial refund, and it was granted. With more attention to detail this would be beautiful.
