Find the best of both worlds in this luxurious story Southern Plantation style home located on Biloxi's beautiful and tranquil Back Bay. Located in the historic Gulf Hills subdivision, the golf club house is only minutes away. Surrounded by water on three sides, this secluded peninsula lot provides over 400' of water frontage for fishermen / water sport enthusiasts. 3400 sq.ft. of living / porch sitting area are elevated to provide the optimum vantage point to view across the water to the action and night life of Biloxi which is located less than 9 minutes by car (or 5 minutes by boat). Elegantly detailed kitchen cabinets feature granite counter tops... along with the Master Bath and 2nd Bath vanities in the newly re-built / re-furnished home site (re-built in 2010). This is two story house for rent.....the main house is upstairs with a large game area is downstairs.

This is the perfect location for the fisherman. We have a new pier along our natural habitat peninsula (favorite spot for local fisherman). The pier is equipped with: 1000 watt fishing light, electrical power, rod holders, storage box, chairs, and side tables.

We have fishing guides that will pick you and your party up on our pier for fishing trip.

THE FISH ARE WAITING FOR YOUR HOOK.

We do not accept events on this property. We realized that weddings and family reunions would be great here..... but we can not allow it in respect to our neighbors.

This trip was the 4th visit to this property and always a 5 star experience. The property is well stocked with the essentials to cook, and a grand kitchen. The view of the coast from the back porch make the sunsets picture perfect!!

Awesome weekend!

My friends and I had a great time! The house is in such a good Location to take a short uber ride to the casino strip, or to downtown ocean springs. We had a nice crawfish boil in the downstairs area and soaked in the overall atmosphere. I can’t wait to rent again!

Memorable place to stay!

Southern charm meets Coastal chic. Comforts of home with breath taking million views. Our family of 6 had a comfortable stay-cation for Christmas. Our first experience in Mississippi was less than ideal, but this house was absolutely amazing. Waking up and drinking coffee on the porch with the amazing views were the highlight of our entire trip. The host was very communicative and helpful as well!

Favorite staycation spot

We are locals and repeat guests and love to stay here when we need to stay close to work and school but want a little getaway. The house has everything you need but we come for the back porch and pier. When I have trouble sleeping at night, I picture myself sitting in a rocking chair on that back porch, listening to the water. Thank you for everything every time!

Enjoyed a long weekend at this wonderful home! Great location and views! The dock was perfect for fishing. We caught red fish, flounder, and others from the dock. Also, the owner was very responsive and upfront about a slight issue they were having with the dryer which didn’t affect us during our stay. We appreciated their transparency and responsiveness. We are already planning to return here next year.

The house is beautiful and very well appointed. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. The location is wonderful with a great Bay view and lots of privacy. The dock is wonderful especially for fishing! I would definitely stay again.

WONDERFUL STAY

Our experience was wonderful. The house was well appointed with comfy King size bedrooms ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking and baking. We were there for over 3 weeks and enjoyed a sunset most evenings while having drinks on the back porch. I would rent this property without hesitation.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay in Ocean Springs. We had fun shopping and eating downtown (Mosaic and Bluedog Bistro were awesome). Ship Island, Grand Bear golf course, and a guided fishing trip gave everyone something fun to do. The view from the house was gorgeous and the porch was so relaxing, especially at night. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We are the Long siblings. Our parents bought this location in 1980. It was our "Fishing House" where all the family gatherings took place. After Katrina destroyed the original house, our mother rebuilt the southern plantation style
home. She was up in age at that point and living in Houston around family, so she decided she wanted to share her "Piece of Paradise" with others.

Why they chose this property

Our parents grew up in Mississippi and wanted a place on the water. The developer of this area kept this prime location for himself. It is the only location that has a natural habitat peninsula. The locals can be seen fishing this peninsula because it is a favorite spot for them.

Nature is all around! The views are amazing with the fish jumping, birds flying by and swooping down for food, dolphins going out to sea in the mornings, and boats coming and going.

The peacefulness is sublime. When you arrive on the property your tensions melt away. It is quiet and very calm. Yet a few minutes drive and there is all the action you could possibly want.

What makes this property unique

This is the only location that has a nature reserve peninsula and bird sanctuary there on the property and is
located within minutes to casinos, restaurants,
and shopping. The best of both worlds at your fingertips.
