Came back for a second year after we loved it so much last year. Best location in Biloxi. Guys trip 2026 was a huge success. Love being able to fish off the dock. Great area down below for storage. The favorite spot is being on the deck at night looking at Biloxi and enjoying the silence. Hopefully we come back in 2027!

About the host

Hosted by Brian Long

Host profile image
We are the Long siblings. Our parents bought this location in 1980. It was our "Fishing House" where all the family gatherings took place. After Katrina destroyed the original house, our mother rebuilt the southern plantation style
home. She was up in age at that point and living in Houston around family, so she decided she wanted to share her "Piece of Paradise" with others.

Why they chose this property

Our parents grew up in Mississippi and wanted a place on the water. The developer of this area kept this prime location for himself. It is the only location that has a natural habitat peninsula. The locals can be seen fishing this peninsula because it is a favorite spot for them.

Nature is all around! The views are amazing with the fish jumping, birds flying by and swooping down for food, dolphins going out to sea in the mornings, and boats coming and going.

The peacefulness is sublime. When you arrive on the property your tensions melt away. It is quiet and very calm. Yet a few minutes drive and there is all the action you could possibly want.

What makes this property unique

This is the only location that has a nature reserve peninsula and bird sanctuary there on the property and is
located within minutes to casinos, restaurants,
and shopping. The best of both worlds at your fingertips.
