Located in the historic Gulf Hills subdivision, the golf club house is only minutes away. Surrounded by water on three sides, this secluded peninsula lot provides over 400' of water frontage for fishermen / water sport enthusiasts. 3400 sq.ft. of living / porch sitting area are elevated to provide the optimum vantage point to view across the water to the action and night life of Biloxi which is located less than 9 minutes by car (or 5 minutes by boat). Elegantly detailed kitchen cabinets feature granite counter tops... along with the Master Bath and 2nd Bath vanities in the newly re-built / re-furnished home site (re-built in 2010). This is two story house for rent.....the main house is upstairs with a large game area is downstairs.

This is the perfect location for the fisherman. We have a new pier along our natural habitat peninsula (favorite spot for local fisherman). The pier is equipped with: 1000 watt fishing light, electrical power, rod holders, storage box, chairs, and side tables.

We have fishing guides that will pick you and your party up on our pier for fishing trip.

THE FISH ARE WAITING FOR YOUR HOOK.

We do not accept events on this property. We realized that weddings and family reunions would be great here..... but we can not allow it in respect to our neighbors.

We are the Long siblings. Our parents bought this location in 1980. It was our "Fishing House" where all the family gatherings took place. After Katrina destroyed the original house, our mother rebuilt the southern plantation style
home. She was up in age at that point and living in Houston around family, so she decided she wanted to share her "Piece of Paradise" with others.

Why they chose this property

Our parents grew up in Mississippi and wanted a place on the water. The developer of this area kept this prime location for himself. It is the only location that has a natural habitat peninsula. The locals can be seen fishing this peninsula because it is a favorite spot for them.

Nature is all around! The views are amazing with the fish jumping, birds flying by and swooping down for food, dolphins going out to sea in the mornings, and boats coming and going.

The peacefulness is sublime. When you arrive on the property your tensions melt away. It is quiet and very calm. Yet a few minutes drive and there is all the action you could possibly want.

What makes this property unique

This is the only location that has a nature reserve peninsula and bird sanctuary there on the property and is
located within minutes to casinos, restaurants,
and shopping. The best of both worlds at your fingertips.
