Host was very courteous and even went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable. Cute home that definitely has been updated. Only difficulty was we had the breakers need reset a couple of times. Has air conditioning in loft bedroom and living space on main floor. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home and a great location, walking distance to the marina, with great restaurants. The air conditioning was perfect for the warm Seattle days. The office was awesome for work with a big monitor, stand-up desk and nice chair. Overall, a really great stay with awesome communication with our hosts. Highly recommend this lovely place. We will definitely stay again.

The house is quaint and beautifully decorated. There are mini-split A/C units which were helpful to have because it was really hot the week we were there. The house has a nice layout with an eat-in kitchen right off the living room, a full bath downstairs between a bedroom and an office; upstairs is a bedroom with a full bath and washer/dryer. The kitchen was well-stocked (appliances, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) for those who want to cook, make a smoothie, etc. There's street parking, and we always got parking right in front of the house.This property is fairly close to Grand Ave. Park and the Marina, and not far from a grocery store. There is a downstairs unit, FYI. Overall, a nice experience.
