Please stay away!!!!

I had this place booked for 2 weeks and we left after 1 night. There was a dead bug in the kitchen. Chewed finger nails and dead bugs on the rug in the living room. Mold, dirt, and dust all over the banister going up the steps. Mold in the 1st floor toilet. Black mold in the mast bedroom and when I contacted the property manager Maria she sent someone over to “fix it”. He sprayed bleach all over the door frame and then used a shop vac after I told him my daughter was sleeping. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and forget about cell service. Maria said there was an outage in the neighborhood but when I asked other people they were not having having issues. My daughter and I went shopping at Disney Sorings and we were gone for a total of 3 hours. When we can back there we’re bugs all over the kitchen! They were coming out of the dish washer, the disposal they were crawling all over my backpack and we had to throw away food. When I told Maria we had officially checked out and I asked for a refund I was told no because everything I experienced was “normal”. I have submitted a report to the BBB (better business bureau) and I have also filed a report with be neighborly report with VRBO. Please save yourself the trouble do not stay here!!!
