!!!Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! Welcome to Florida, Miami style. This brand new property screams luxury and contemporary. You will LOVE the open floor plan, the design and the views on the conservation area. The property sleeps up to 6 guests and has a very airy layout. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom (shower tub). A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans...). The kitchen has an unobstructed view on the living room and on the pool area and the conservation. You will enjoy cooking your meals while interacting with your family and friends in the same space. Upstairs there is a den with a TV and couch. A bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom (bathtub), and of course, a huge master bedroom with ensuite (2 vanities and a shower tub). Each room as its own TV. There is also a washer and a dryer for your convenience. And on top of that, you get complimentary access to the clubhouse (gym, game room, heated pool and spa). This home is located in an eco-friendly subdivision (Hidden Forest) and it will take 5 minutes only to drive to the nearest Walmart or Publix and about 17-20 minutes to hit the parks (Disneyworld is only 18 min drive). Exceptional location. Amazing brand new property. Don't wait any longer. Book it. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Beautiful Property!

The property was beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. Very clean! It was a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice, and private. I would definitely recommend this property, and consider staying here again is we are ever in the sane area.

Face Towels & Thermostat

Beautiful property, the only issue is that there was only one face towel. They had plenty of hair towels and drying off towels but there was one (1) single face towel. Also the wireless thermostat loses Wi-Fi connection about every day and a half. Would have been 5-stars. Due to these simple things I’d say 4.5. Easy fix.
