Pony Point at Pine Knoll Farm Kentucky is a unique horse farm stay located above our
beautiful horse barn in the heart of horse country. We have prime views of the farm
which is located in the center of the Bourbon Trail. 5 min to great restaurants in Midway!
Pony Point is 12 mins to The Kentucky Horse Park, 25 mins to Keenland, and Ark is 50
mins. Stabling/turnout available. We offer horse experiences/workshops/clinics through

Gillian’s property was over the top. This was one of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying and that’s if the VRBO was a stand alone. This was with family of 7 comfortably accommodated. But throw in the fact that you’re staying at a working horse farm and it made the whole experience pretty incredible! The accommodations were very well kept and very nice. We are already hoping we make it back one day!

The barndominium was great. The property is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There were several pros and cons for us.Pros: The property itself is amazing.Large space, plenty of room.Washer and dryer were nice.Lots of towels, but could use some better wash clothes.Kitchen is very large, had most of what we needed.The Pony deck is amazing, especially for children.Felt very much in the country, but wasn't too far from groceries, stores, things to do.The bathroom in what I will call the kids room is great.Cons: Deck does not overlook the fields with the horses.Steps, 21 to be exact.The two main bathrooms were small and did not have much counter/storage space. The back half of the space did smell a little like a barn, I'm guessing due to the fact that it is over part of the pony barn.

We were in town for the Kentucky 3 day event and had a wonderful trip. The location was perfect. The accommodations were fantastic and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the future.

Our group of 6 adults stayed here for a weekend at the track. The place is clean, spacious and had more than enough room to accommodate us all. The beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. If you can, make it a point to catch the sunrise, it is simply stunning. Make arrangements to visit the horses as well! The host were friendly and helpful with ideas on where places to dine. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the Farm Manager was especially great to interact with. He was personable, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.One of the highlights was the interaction with the horses and ponies. Our 13 year old daughter absolutely loved it and could not get enough of the experience. It made the trip truly memorable for her.The house itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the property is beautiful. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. Communication throughout the process was excellent and made everything easy.Overall, the stay was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway.

Family fun

Ideally located in horse country but within easy driving distance to local attractions, great restaurants, and services. From the cats that met us on the deck in the morning to the horses and staff, everything came together to make our stay the perfect family getaway.
