The house was absolutely perfect for the 2 families we had staying. Everyone had more than enough space and the kids loved all the games and extra space to hang out. Communication with Katie is top notch! Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend as a great place to stay!

Beautiful property that was conveniently located to Center Hill lake and the Caney River. House was thoughtfully stocked with amenities to make it a smooth stay for all ages. My family enjoyed our time here together.

Peaceful, beautiful getaway!

This was a lovely property that perfectly met our needs. Clear, helpful communication by the owner and we could tell effort was made to help us feel at home and have what we needed for a family Thanksgiving celebration.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Newer property and well appointed. Great communication with property owner and easy check in. Was right up from the marina via a short 5 minute drive. Would rent again for sure! 5 star!

The house was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the items we needed to help us prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the game room. We also enjoyed the short walk to the neighborhood park. The personal touches from the host to make the house so welcoming and accommodating were above and beyond anything we had ever experienced. We hope to return again!

Perfect place

Owner was fast to respond, place was perfect. Had friends and family and had a baby and the house had plenty of room and more for us, outdoor areas were beautiful and the little activities that were provided was nice. Only thing I could suggest is if your planning on staying during winter in the downstairs basement area gets and stays really cold so we just bought a small space heater and it did the trick, overall 10/10

Absolutely Stunning!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. My family and I stayed there the night before my wedding- Kate even wrote me a note and gave us some sparkling water. She has honestly thought of everything. She even has some care baskets under the sink. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful lake house!!!

Woodland Lodge is absolutely stunning! The location is so pretty, and it was just the getaway spot I needed. Kate responded within minutes and the home has everything you could need. This house is so spacious you can have the whole family and there’s tons of room for everyone. Sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning or in the evening with the lights and fire pit was perfect. The guide with recommendations was also helpful. So peaceful! Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

Last weekend, we stayed at this beautiful, brand new home. We were looking for a relaxing time with several friends/family and this turned out to be a terrific choice! The two outdoor decks are huge and have a ton of seating areas that overlook a lot of trees. Needless to say we spent a lot of time there. We also had fun competing in arcade games as well as cornhole, ping pong and giant Jenga. We also had a nice dinner at the Center Hill marina which is only a few minutes drive away. We will defintely be back.

Beautiful home with excellent attention to detail.

The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard has two very large decks that look out into giant trees which provide a ton of privacy. We enjoyed BBQing, sitting by the fire, and enjoying the peace and quiet. All 3 bedrooms in the home are VERY large, larger than most rooms out there and with 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the games, especially ping pong, and everything in the game room. The house has everything you could possibly need and beyond. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this was by far the most prepared and equipped. The attention to detail was impressive.

This is an absolutely excellent property at Center Hill Lake, and Katie was an exceptional host. Our group (3 families with younger children) had the best time, and we were very comfortable in the house. The house is clean, uncluttered, and well-stocked. It is a breath of fresh air for a getaway. 1000% would recommend if you're looking to stay in the area!

Love this property! This was our second stay and it is just the perfect place! The owner is so thoughtful and easy to get in touch with, she has the home stocked with the essentials you would have forgotten! Great location and very clean! Plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend!
