This home boasts zero steps to enter the home, kitchen, living room, half bathroom, primary bedroom, and en suite. Three additional bedrooms and a bathroom are available on the 2nd floor. Experience a stay that's designed to cater to your needs, ensuring comfort, relaxation, and a memorable visit for all.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor. It has an en suite full bathroom, that includes a 0-entry shower area.
I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.
Nestled one block south of Smithville High School, this neighborhood was built in 2021. It offers a picturesque and serene setting perfect for relaxation and exploration. Surrounded by natural beauty, the area boasts a harmonious blend of suburban tranquility and convenient access to nearby attractions.

Smithville Lake: Just a short distance away, Smithville Lake is a 7200-acre Corp of Engineer lake, so no homes are built on the lake. It beckons with its calm waters, inviting you to enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and picnicking. The lake's marinas offer rentals, making it easy to embark on aquatic adventures.
