Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a queen bed and full closet, Bedroom 2 is the guest room with a double bed, and Bedroom 3 is a bedroom/studio with a large desk and a single twin bed. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and fans with central heating throughout the house.

There is a full bathroom with bathtub off the bedrooms, a full bathroom in the lower level, and an outdoor shower.

The deck/patio has a grill, patio dining table and chairs, hammock, sun loungers and herb garden.
