The Space:

The interior of this graceful and sophisticated beach home is absolutely inviting, with plenty of natural light, clean lines, custom materials, and white oak floors throughout. Warm and welcoming with classic decor, making you feel right at home. The delightful living space brings in beautiful backyard views and features comfortable sofa seating to relish in the ambient fireplace and enjoy your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV. The large sliding glass doors open completely to allow for spectacular indoor/outdoor living - entertain, cook, relax and BBQ with ease! Not to mention, the adjacent dining table is perfect for a sit down meal with your guests. Get ready to fall in love with the kitchen! It has great open space and is fully equipped with quality stainless appliances, a large stone waterfall island with bar seating for 4, and plenty of counter space for cooking prep. There's even an off-kitchen breakfast nook with seating for 4. When its time to wind down at the end of the day, everyone will appreciate the pleasant accommodations. The primary bedroom has a roomy king bed with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV plus a spa-like, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass-enclosed shower, and separate, large soaking tub. There is also direct balcony access with a hammock and sunset views. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom three has a king trundle bed and ceiling fan. All three bathrooms are updated with sleek finishes. Upstairs, there's a dedicated desk/workspace which also has access to the outdoor balcony. The pièce de résistance is the private and expansive backyard, highlighted by a large modern fire pit with lounge seating, alongside an outdoor kitchen that features a built-in BBQ and refrigerator. There's also a sparkling spa with a waterfall feature to fully zen out. The front yard also boasts a lovely fire pit with seating to relax among tropical landscaping. Wash off the sand and saltwater in any of the two outdoor showers! Additional conveniences include air conditioning, WIFI, a laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer, and 2 driveway parking spots.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
