The beach is very easy to get to. Location is close to many restaurant options, the main trail down 30a is close for runners/bikers, and the pool was great for the kids.

It was the perfect place for a little family vacation!! It was clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend!!!! The only thing that needs attention is the washer dryer unit. The dryer door doesn’t shut all the way.

Great place and great location just next to the beach. Loved the place. The only thing I’ll say, is this area is quite dark at night times. The parking lot could use some extra lighting for security

Prior to arrival I asked several quick questions and they answered all incorrectly. I would stay here again but need work on management company.

We were very pleased. It is not super spacious. The living room is compact. The dining area is tight. But it's clean and updated. Being on ground floor was no big deal at all. Plenty quiet. Nice furniture. Comfortable bed. If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep and want to spend most of your time on the beach, it's perfect. If you want to have a party with 20-people, this is not the place. They have really nice beach chairs and a good umbrella that you can use. We would book it again in a heartbreak. We were very very pleased. One thing to be aware of: their beach access area is not right out from the complex. You have to walk 200 yards on the beach for their area, but it's no big deal. The beach area is not very crowded. We didn't have anyone on either side of us for 20-30 feet. Also, if you walk to the east, you go through a state park area that is really pretty. Fantastic for beach walks. A donut shop and liquor store are about 0.5 miles away. This spot is away from the main road in a way that makes it feel quiet.
