You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in the Historic District of Delray Beach.

This 1930s historic home features a touch of old Florida with a modern remodel. This includes an updated kitchen, bathroom, and brand-new furnishing for your family and friends to enjoy. Spend your days tanning and swimming at the beach before relaxing in your private patio for an afternoon drink then walk over to Pineapple Grove and "the Ave" for live music and great food!

Cozy, cottage, and historic home feel. The two bedrooms have plenty of space and the living room is a big gathering area! The updated kitchen and cozy front porch have everything you need to have delicious dinners for a night in.

This home is a part of the Historic District and has the feel of Old Florida. You can see the updated look while enjoying the smells of the refinished original walls, floors, and ceilings made from Florida Cypress and Dade County Pine. You will have your own private entrance, patio, and parking.

You will have access to the front porch and backyard

There is a back property where our other guests stay. Please keep the left driveway clear for them to park. This unit is also available for you to reserve adding an additional 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for your stay, just let us know if you’d like to book it.

Our host, Ron was always quick to reply and very helpful. The place was just right for 2 people. We wished they would have had a grill as we wanted to bbq one night. But we made do.Enjoyed our time in Delray and liked the location of the VRBO.

Perfect for a family of four or less!

This house was in the best neighborhood in Delray! Walkable to Pineapple Grove and accessible from the free shuttle to and from Atlantic Avenue. Will definitely stay here again if possible.

Great stay

The house and neighborhood were fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would only request that something be done about the blinking blue light in the first bedroom. Very, very bright (lit up the entire room), making it hard to sleep without covering it with a hand towel. Also, only 3 coffee mugs for four guests. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Fishing trip stay

We stayed four nights and location was close to lake Ida. Place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We brought our 17ft flats boat with us, oval parking lot was smaller than it looked in the picture. We backed the boat into the left side and put the truck into the oval section. Everything worked out fine and could park on the road if needed. Refrigerator was warmer than expected, after a quick response from Ron, after unplugging it, to reset the electronics everything started working normal. We would stay again if in the area.
