Short stay spring break

Nice new house, very inexpensive. There were only 3 of us but the house could hold many more. We chose the location to be close to friends who live in Cape Coral, but it was also an easy drive to the beaches.

Last Minute Trip

Booked this last minute because of the great reviews. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was decent. However, it was very visible that the outside area had not been cleaned in a while. Spider webs and dead bugs were everywhere in the patio area and chairs. My family had to clean the outside area just to go out. The grill was filthy and had old cigarette butts inside of it. Had we not thoroughly cleaned it, our food would have tasted like tobacco. The inside was clean and comfortable.

Pet friendly with a fenced yard was my first priority. The roomy house, quiet neighborhood and convenient location made my seven week stay comfortable and stress free. The host was very responsive to my questions. The sunrise and sunset from the patio were beautiful. The appliances were all in good condition. I felt safe and added a few days to my stay because the weather was gorgeous.
