Upon entering the main floor through the large, covered porch, you are welcomed by a seating area on the left that transitions into a comfy living room perfect for entertaining due to its direct proximity to the large, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features upscale Bosch appliances and a french door refrigerator with a wine chiller and gas range. The dining room area is also located in this airy, open-concept space with seating for 6 people, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. There is a bedroom off the kitchen with a tri-bunk set-up, 1 full bed and 2 bunk beds, with an en suite bathroom and separate office room. This bedroom also provides direct access to the spacious, private backyard that boasts a hot tub, grill and outdoor dining table.

Make your way upstairs to a beautiful master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, en suite bathroom with standup shower and soaking tub, oversized walk-in closet and your own private front deck with incredible views of St. Simons Sound. There are two additional bedrooms with king beds situated on this floor and a third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
