Location, Location, Location! Welcome to Twin Oaks, a delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage where the sound of the waves is just steps away. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood on Saint Simons Island, this charming retreat offers front porch views of the Atlantic Ocean and is two doors away from the Hamilton Street Beach Access. The location couldn’t be more ideal, with easy access to the Saint Simons Pier and a delightful array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just a short stroll away.
As you step onto the spacious covered porch and enter the main floor, you’re immediately embraced by a cozy seating area to the left, which flows seamlessly into the inviting living room. The open layout is ideal for entertaining, with effortless access to the large, gourmet kitchen. Designed for both beauty and function, the kitchen boasts high-end Bosch appliances, including a French door refrigerator with a wine chiller and a gas range. The dining area, nestled in the same airy space, comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island for casual gatherings. Off the kitchen, a charming bedroom with a tri-bunk set-up (1 full bed and 2 twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom provides a cozy retreat. A separate office/workroom downstairs offers a quiet space for checking in on work or catching up on emails. This bedroom also opens up to the private, spacious backyard, where you'll find a hot tub, a grill, and an outdoor dining area perfect for evening meals under the stars.
Upstairs, you'll find a beautiful master suite that feels like a peaceful sanctuary. With vaulted ceilings and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a stand-up shower and a soaking tub, it's the perfect place to unwind. The master also boasts an oversized walk-in closet and its own private front deck, where you can soak in the breathtaking views of Jekyll Island and St. Simons Sound. Two additional king bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort, sharing a third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
