Roomy townhouse with lots of space and great bones. Short walk to the giant hot tub and an easy walk out to the skiway and access to the mountain via Beaver Creek Landing. Or just call the village shuttle and catch a ride up to the Village.

Cozy, Spacious and Great Location in Beaver Creek
Enjoyed a 4 night spring ski stay with family of 5 and enjoyed great location, many amenities, LOTS of beds and kitchen filled with everything we needed when we wanted to cook in. 2 minute walk to great hot tub. Very convenient bus service as well as ski in/ski out location. Close to Vail so we were able to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. Great host was very attentive and was super responsive whenever we had a quick question. Would for sure stay again.
This was a great place for our trip. We were two families with kids between 4 and 10 years old. We used the ski out which is a quick hike up a small hill. We also used the shuttle which is easy to request through the Beaver Creek app (Village Connect). Very pleasant stay and Mike was great at communicating through out our stay.
The location wasn't bad but it definitely was not a ski-in/ski-out. You need to walk about 150 yards to get to a spot to ski down to the lifts. Skiing in takes the equivalent of a rocket scientist to get to the unit. Lots of problems in the unit while we were there. The property manager was very accessible but little to no help resolving or helping with anything. I'd avoid this property in the future.

It is ski in out not slopeside. Guest had lots of calls about smaller issues like no hand towel in half bath or kleenex in unit. One of kids supposedly left Bluetooth speaker but it was no where to be found. He seemed to feel the cleaners had taken it. The cleaners have turned in diamond earrings before. It's OK if he doesn't want to return as it's mutual.

Not ski out, it's an uphill hike to lift
This was not ski out. We had lots of snow. But it's alot of huffing uphill to get out. We took a shuttle on last day due to hike.
Humidifiers are old and junk. One Leaks water and the other reduces room temperature 9 Degrees.
Sliding glass door does not lock and leaks cold air due to lack of insulation stripping and wooden door warping.
Kitchen cabinetry is falling apart.
Terrible layout. Come in unit and 3 brms on ground floor.
Go up for kitchen and LR.
4th brm on 3rd level.
We would not stay again.

There is a difference between slopeside and ski in out. So yes it is. Sorry it didn't work well for u. It's not advertised as a 4 bedroom and clearly says loft. At least snow was good!

Great location, but property needs updating
The location of the property was great and the free shuttle into BC Village was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the ski in/ski out location and the hot tub/community amenities.
The home was clean, but not very well-maintained or updated (despite what the listing states). Many of the drawers in the kitchen were loose and easily fell out of the cabinet - including heavy ones like the silverware drawer. We had minor issues with some appliances. Several of the lamps and outlets didn't work. The sliding glass doors did not lock. These were all relatively small things, but the sum of them left us feeling a bit frustrated with the state of the house. We also had a lot of trouble with the temperature of the house. The thermostat is very old and the rooms on the first floor (all the bedrooms) were all vastly different temperatures. It was impossible to find a setting that heated all the rooms comfortably.
I would not recommend this house for families with young kids. There is not enough space in the bedrooms for pack and plays/cribs (not the owner's fault, just noting this for anyone considering this property) and the staircases are a bit precarious. The railings have very widely spaced bars - we had to very closely watch our toddlers who used the steps and went near the railings.
Perfect location in Beaver Creek - family ski wknd
We had a great stay. Mike is very quick to get back to you with any questions. Loved the large hot tub. bus line was so convenient and easy to use. Fun family ski weekend with 2 families.
Nice place to stay, the place was missing a few things needed, tp, dish soap but Mike got it to us as soon as we texted him. Clean, shuttle stops right in front of condo. Would stay again.
home was comfortable and inviting for our family vacation. The ski in and ski out was really a great plus.

Works great for multi-family ski vacation
Comfortable unit with plenty of room for our group of 4-6 during our 6 night stay. Loved the convenience of skiing back to the development and the walk was short from where our skis came off. Skiing out is not as convenient since it involves a short uphill hike on a rather icy piece of trail. We opted instead for the shuttle that runs every 20 minutes--very convenient. Took us straight to the Centennial Lift.
The unit itself is adequate, although a bit tired. The carpeting (and really the entire unit) is in need of an upgrade, but our group was very happy here. We made great use of the kitchen, cooking our dinners almost every night. The kitchen-dining-living room space is well configured. The gas grill on the balcony was a plus as well, although the ignitor didn't work.
The is only one assigned parking spot for the unit, although if it is not a busy period, there are several unassigned spots available close to the unit. Once those fill however, guests would be out of luck and be forced to park down below in the Beaver Creek Resort lot. We got lucky and everyone in our party parked close to the unit.
I would probably stay here again in the future, but would appreciate some sprucing up of the unit before that.

Convenient Spot for a Group
Ridgepoint is conveniently located in Beaver Creek. The townhome had easy access to the slopes via a very short hike. Everything was clean and in good condition, though the condition is showing a little wear. The owner was easy to get in touch with and we had no issues at all during our stay. Parking can be tough to figure out when there is lots of snow -- make sure you park in the assigned spot or figure out where the visitor spots are. The shuttle service from the property is awesome -- we never waited more than five minutes for a ride anywhere in Beaver Creek. We had a group of 8 and were very comfortable here. Highly recommend.

Hosted by Michael Thompson - Vail Real Estate and Rentals
Owned by two friends from CU Boulder (1991), Blake Harnick and Michael Thompson, have enjoyed what this property has to offer in so many ways. Blake currently resides in Seattle and Mike lives locally around Vail.
Why they chose this property
As a local Realtor, I really like what the 3 bedroom / sleeping loft offered myself and our rental guest. It's lower BC location is quaint and private and has some of the most mature landscaping inside the gates. The Ski Out is 160 steps until gravity can take you down to Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Chair, and I can be back in condo in 5 minutes from leaving the Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch.
What makes this property unique
Summer: Easy Hiking trails for dogs. Tenants of longer than 30 days can also have pets here. 2 tennis courts are hardly ever used. Winter: Shuttle to slopes every 12 minutes or it's easy to just jump onto ski in / ski out access. Love the hot tub / dry sauna with his and her bathrooms for changing/showering after. Pet peve is wet trunks!
