Inside you'll find an open kitchen/living room with gorgeous lake views, comfortable seating for all, and windows that open to the 3-season porch. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen features plenty of space to prepare meals, a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher.
A spacious bedroom, a private sitting room/bedroom with pull-out couch and lake views, and a full bath round out the first level of the home.

Upstairs is a spacious, open loft area with plenty of seating, and a daybed for napping, reading and relaxing with the afternoon sunshine streaming through the windows. An office/work area with high-speed internet service overlooks the great room and windows to the lake. Another spacious bedroom and bath complete the second level.

Enjoy your own private lakefront - with seasonal dock and mooring- perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing! Discover the town's hiking trails, pickleball & tennis courts, or tubing the Ausable River. Bike the Lake Champlain bikeway routes, golf at the local golf course or Westport Country Club, browse the town library, spend the afternoon bowling, or explore nearby Ausable Chasm. Close to 2 full-service marinas. You can walk to the marina for dinner or an ice cream!

Visit local restaurants, wineries and breweries, plan a day trip to Lake George with its shops, outlets and exciting Six Flags theme park. Visit Montreal Canada's spectacular cultural venues, restaurants, and year-round events, or Lake Placid's shopping, dining, and amazing former Olympic sites. This house is fantastic! Super clean, all new, spacious and with an incredible view. The owners were wonderful to meet and obviously take wonderful care of this home. A great place to relax and get away from the cares of the world.

This recently built home offered everything needed for our extended stay. We quickly felt at home, from the moment our hosts met us at the door. The place is beautifully clean and situated in our favorite neighborhood, and with just two of us there was plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely return.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This home was absolutely lovely, very clean, and spacious. There were little touches like some coffee and tea left out for us. The place was spacious. We were a group of two couples and two teens, and there was enough space so the teens didn’t have to share a room. The view was spectacular of the lake. If we were there in warmer weather, we could have kayaked and enjoyed the fire pit. Would love to visit again.

Very Relaxing. Enjoyable Stay

Nice clean home. Very spacious. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice dock. My son enjoyed the kayaks. House had all amenities listed in the description. They even had some coffee, tea, snacks, and condiments available. I enjoyed the lake views and quiet. Marina restaurant right down the road is convenient. Not a whole lot to eat or places to shop in-town Willsboro, but Jan and Bob told us what was available locally and in some neighboring towns. We did some hiking in the area and took the Essex to Charlotte ferry a few times to go to Vermont for farmer’s markets, shopping and eating.

As New Englanders our whole lives, we've grown up enjoying the changing seasons, lakes, mountains, and everything the region has to offer. Living in Vermont, with our "camp" just across the Lake, has given us the chance to enjoy all of it over the last few decades as our children grew up getting to know mountains and lakes!
Before rebuilding, we had shared our camp for many years with people from near and far, most of them coming back each year with friends and family. We enjoyed seeing our new acquaintances each year, and keeping in touch.
Now we hope to do the same with our new home-sharing it with others who can take advantage of the great location, with the choice to experience so much more during their stay!

Why they chose this property

Several decades go, we searched for the perfect combination of a quiet, relaxing location that wasn't too far from things to do. This search led us to our home on Willsboro Bay with its clear water, stunning sunsets, firefly lit summer evenings, and fantastic community! Local small restaurants and stores, two marinas, bowling ally, and a golf course are a great convenience within a 5 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

One-level living is possible, with only 3 steps to enter the home The open living room/ kitchen, queen-bed bedroom, reading room (with pull-out couch) ,full bath and porch are on the main level.

Set back from the road, this new home offers privacy and your own 100'+ of lakefront. The 36' three-season porch with a wall of windows facing the lake has room for enjoying meals, and relaxation.

West-facing, you can only imagine the beauty of the sunsets, with every day being a different artistic canvas!

Each room has its own mini-split for comfortable heat or air conditioning year round. The house was built in 2022-23, is well insulated and quiet.

The location of the home lends itself to easy access to day trips to so many places in New York, Vermont, and Canada. You can stay a week or a month, and never run out of things to do!

We also offer substantial discounts for stays of a week or longer. Our hope is that you'll love staying at our property as much as we have over the years, while raising our family.
