About this property

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this three bedroom, two bathroom single family home is an excellent get away for the winter months. It features a split floor plan with a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The master bath has a soak in tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a large dining area and room around the kitchen for countertop seating. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds which can be combined together for a king size bed. Washer and dryer included with basic cleaning materials. Kitchen has all needed cookware and cooking utensils and there are plenty towels and linens for a turn-key experience just show up with your personal items. The large two car garage offers plenty of room to store your vehicle with a garage door opener provided. High speed internet and extended cable included as well. Close to Publix and nearby restaurants.

A Beautiful House + A Quiet Street= A Fabulous Vacation

We have been visiting North Port, Florida for our February get-away for the last four years. This is the first time we rented this house. Its location, a very quiet street, was ideal for providing a tranquil respite; its location was also ideal for all that we wanted to do during our stay; and its property manager was accessible and resolved with dispatch some minor issues that we raised with him. We certainly would have no hesitation to rent the house again. Anyone else who decides to rent it will be exceedingly pleased.

Very well appointed home, many amenities, use of garage is a big plus.The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and more.
