The home is located on a quiet neighborhood with an extra lot. You can enjoy a bike ride or a nice long walk after a day at the beach. It has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths, Lanai is tiled with a beautiful design for a Florida home. Minutes away from the 'fountain of youth' Warm Mineral Springs and only 1/2 hour away from beautiful beaches such as the number one beach Siesta Key. It offers a great location to shopping centers and boutique stores. Very close to Punta Gorda which offers any guest that loves to travel a fantastic view of the Charlotte Harbor and also entertainment.

Cute house in North Port, Florida
This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed it again.. spent a lot of time in the lanai.. liked the lights they added out there! We used the gas firepit once.. but the bugs were a problem this year. We had a couple issues with water but Richard came promptly and fixed it. And they supplied us with an edible arrangement for our trouble. We enjoyed the neighborhood for our morning walks! It is a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Great North Port House!
We enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s and Richard’s! Loved the neighborhood.. quiet, friendly people.. great for us as we walked 4-5 miles every morning! And close to beaches and Punta Gorda fun spots!

Lovely home comfortable beds lots of Tv's. Issues were addressed immediately. Homeowner assisted my husband in fixing the van. Lent him tools. Lovely fruit basket upon arrival. Lots of dishes and pantry items. It was nice to meet homeowner personally. Very pleasant couple. Very comfortable stay.

Great travel decision!
Clean, well-kept, nicely furnished, very affordable, one of the best places to stay in SW Florida we've found. Will definitely do it again next year. Richard and Victoria are great to deal with which makes the experience all the more pleasant!

Quiet and Relaxing Stay
My mom and I and my 2 dogs stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend. We wanted something quiet and easily accessible (within the home and to activities in the area). The home was fully equipped and very comfortable. We each had our own space. Victoria and Richard were very accommodating. Everything we needed was within a short drive of the house. Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Very nice place to stay. It fit our needs perfectly. Richard was right there if needed.
My family and I stayed almost a month while I worked on a house that I had bought no far from here. We just moved from Missouri and the location was great. Close to my new house and also to the kids school. Great place and owners on hand if anything should happen.
