The West Beach complex has lagoon front pool, pier, and boat launch, plus easy deeded beach access. No problem with parking. The unit comes with an assigned space that has room for 2. The location is about 3 miles west of Hwy 59, or main beach area, and only a block from Lagoon Pass (Gulf of Mexico meets Little Lagoon). This 3 bedroom condo has great space. There is a very well stocked kitchen with seating for 7.
