Dragonfly Cottage is Located near Downtown Ocoee & Winter Garden ~Offering some of the Best Shops and Restaurants that Central Florida has to offer! 20 minutes to Universal, 25 to Sea World, 30 to Disney. This adorable Cottage has it's own Separate Parking (2 Spaces) and is nestled in a Quiet little Enclave of Greater Orlando. Completely remodeled for your comfort and enjoyment, The living room has a fold down futon sofa that makes a twin bed, 5g Wifi and Roku tv with free channels & you can use your netflix account as well. The Kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, regular size oven, refrigerator and coffee station with a french press/coffee, creamer etc. The bedroom is generously sized and has a full size bed & a bathroom that has been completely redone with all new tile. Many upper end finishes make this super cute cottage a sure favorite. Welcoming, cozy & clean with your comfort in mind! Come and relax in this adorable Getaway Cottage.
