126 Madison is conveniently located mid island and less than a 5 minute walk to your deeded beach access just across Estero Blvd!



Entry is through the ground level door via a smart lock. Head up the staircase surrounded by beautiful shiplap walls. Landing is in the open floor plan living/dining/kitchen. The decor is fresh and coastal throughout the home.



The living area is nicely furnished with a sofa and loveseat. The adjoining dining area has a picnic style table with seating for six.



The kitchen has granite countertops that are separated by stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for all of your gourmet needs with pots, pans, serving ware, and utensils.



To the right of the living area is a the first guest bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and mounted, smart, streaming television. The second guest bedroom is located to the right of the the kitchen. This room has a twin over queen size bunk bed and mounted television. Just outside this room to the right is the shared bathroom with a walk in shower.



The master bedroom is just down the hall. The bed is queen sized and television is mounted. The ensuite bath has a walk in shower.



There is a pool and a spa in the permitting process!
